I brought my car in for a bad actuator under the dash. The service manager, Jason Watkins, told me my car's engine (2014 sonata) needed to be tested for an engine recall. My car failed the test, and the dealership ordered me a new long block (brand new) engine. It takes a while for the engine to come in and I'd initially decided to have both repairs (actuator and engine replacement) done at once. However, the actuator clicking was driving me nuts, so one day I drove there with the intention of scheduling an appointment for the actuator, and Jason Watkins had it done right then while I waited! A month later I get a call and the new engine is ready to be installed. I went to the dealership that same day. They had a loaner car (a brand new 2018 sonata) ready for me. Took all of 5 minutes to drop my car off, and set off in the loaner. My car was dropped off Thursday morning, and the engine was installed and my car ready for pickup on Monday. The installation of the new engine appears flawless. Car runs like new. This dealership earned my loyalty and gratitude. I'll be using this dealership for service and future car purchases. Very highly recommended, especially service manager Jason Watkins. Great guy.
I have to say the service team goes above and beyond. Jason and Jeff do a great job! They actually answer the phone unlike the Florence team. We've now taken our 2011 Sonata there for routine maintenance after our warranty work was satisfactory. We only use one vehicle so they were able to schedule a loaner for the day since we dont live super close. I highly recommend them!
Their website is a joke! It should be Moscow Hyundai! They list the base model Hyundai Sportat mid30’s then list every possible discount program, “we’re youin Houston during the flood”? Uh yeah then I floated north on my raft to Cincinnati Ohio!” And they list this one twice at $750 & $750 and ifyour a recent college grad, & if your the daughter of a Chernobyl survivor- then, & only then, does your price become a reasonably still way over invoice price of a car that should be $21,000. What a joke!!!

I was just in there not long ago and 2 very nice young men by the name of Tyler and Josh were working with my and my fiance to help us find the perfect SUV for us and our daughter. i was very difficult and picky in the beginning because i always expect the best for my 3 year old to ride around in. after almost all day of working with us we finally drove off the lot with our new beautiful Hyundai Santa Fe and i couldnt be happier! thank you Tyler and Josh!
