They didn't actually do any work on our 2005 Honda Odyssey, but took it for a test drive and told me it felt good and the slight noise I was hearing wasn't anything to particularly worry about at the present. Kudos for honesty and basically turning down business.

I took my truck to SS Transmission when I was concerned about how many miles I would be able to get out of it. Their customer service was incredible. When all was said and done, their advice was far more beneficial to me than it would have been if they would have used me to make more money. They did what was in my best interests. They come highly recommended in the community and provide amazing work.
See picture. Had my truck for days. Charged me hundreds for their "work" and couldn't find and fix the problem. Why? Well, they diagnosed my problem correctly -- I needed a new speed sensor. But some yahoo at their shop doesn't know how to install one. The sensor needs to be pressed in all the way to seat the o-ring before tightening the bolt on the bracket. They just set this thing in and tightened the bracket, which accomplished nothing but bending the bracket. The sensor doesn't work unless it is fully seated. They wasted my time and money. I ended up driving the truck in limp mode for nearly a year and finding the problem myself, after wasting many hours diagnosing electrical problems, because I assumed (never assume) they did their job correctly.
